Breathtaking Acropolis View

Excellent place to relax and unwind after walking Athens. Spectacular views from the front patio. Service was outstanding and food was delicious.

Fantastic experience! We accidentally booked the wrong day for a large party and they were extremely accommodating and fit us in. Beautiful view of the acropolis during sunset and the food was great! Good portions and fantastic flavor. Would highly recommend!

We could not have had a better dinner experience for our party of six (all adults). The staff was attentive and very friendly. The food was good. The drinks were very good. And of course the view was as advertised. Very memorable evening. We are a rather picky group, and nervous this would be a bit of a tourist trap, but our expectations were exceeded by far.

Thisso offers spectacular views of the Acropolis from every seat on the rooftop. I highly recommend booking a table shortly before sunset so you can enjoy the transition from daylight to dusk, watch the city lights come on, and see the sky gradually darken behind the Acropolis. The staff work incredibly hard, although keeping up with service can be challenging given the number of tables. Despite this, the atmosphere remains enjoyable. The music is played fairly loud, but the playlist is excellent, creating relaxed lounge vibes throughout the evening. The menu is relatively limited, but everything we tried was very well prepared. One thing to note is that the kitchen appears to work in fixed service rounds. If you skip the appetizers, you may experience a noticeable wait between the complimentary bread and your main course. Overall, Thisso combines stunning views, a great atmosphere, and well-executed food, making it an excellent choice for a memorable evening in Athens.

Was an absolute gorgeous spot to celebrate my birthday overlooking the Acropolis. The souvlaki meat was a little tough but their pasta was to die for. The cheese rolls as an appetizer was a surprise delight. The view was incredible and definitely the highlight.
